Under this scheme, loans are provided in three phases. The loan thus obtained has at least 12% interest rate.
Shishu Loan Scheme - Under this scheme loan is given up to Rs 50000 for starting small work.
Kishore Loan Scheme- Under this scheme, loans from 50000 to 5 lakh can be taken.
Tarun Loan Scheme - This scheme is for small industries, it can get loans from 5 lakh to 10 lakh.
Who is eligible for this loan?-
This scheme is only for small businessmen, such as small assembling units, shopkeepers, fruit vegetable sellers, truck drivers, machine operators, small scale industries, artisans, food processing etc. are eligible under this scheme.
This is the process of getting a loan-
Loans can be obtained from any government bank, rural bank, cooperative bank, private bank, or foreign bank under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana.
